Hi there!

Saw the topic about this place on Mektek, thought I'd check it out...I haven't really done any proper RP before, and my limited Battletech knowledge just comes from playing the video games. It looks like fun though!

I should get around to making an application soon. :D

Are there any good repositories of Battletech information out there on the internet?

www.classicbattletech.com
www.sarna.net

are where I'd start. Back in the day ChaosMarch, but they've been down a long time.

There is also www.Solaris7.com

The database on www.battletech-mercenaries.com has some data that may be of interest too.

WWW.sarna.net has a wealth of information and almost every official (if not every) design of Battlemech, Armor, Battle Armor, Aerospace and such. If you want a feel for the genre, the novels are interesting and can help you with possible background info. Hope this helps.

http://www.mechground.com/

Another excellent resource. There used to be a wealth of CBT archive sites on the net, but, unfortunately, they're dying off one-by-one.

Also, there are two fan forums with regularly active discussions concerning CBT.

Too many times I've seen it rip a hole into our friendship
This is how it's been
How it always will be
You think you're above me?
But now I'm here to envy
Four words to choke upon

Look at me now!
